Seeking to generate a closer and more personal environment, we launched the Executive Breakfast events, where, with a smaller audience, we can delve into topics of interest to organizations and the development of their collaborators. On this occasion we begin what will be a series of events throughout the year, with the theme of Leadership. A leader is one who has effective, comfortable, and robust conversations with other people. Managerial work is one of expectations and for expectations to be met, language is needed.
